How does the booths work?
For the 360 video booth – Guests stand on the platform and a camera mounted to a rotating arm captures your guests in 360° slow motion. Booth captures every frame and creates a high resolution slomo and special effect video for guests to download on their phone and share instantly via social media, email, or text, airdrop and barcode scan.
For the open-air photobooth – Guests up to 12 people can stand against a backdrop in front of the photobooth to take pictures, animated gifs, videos and boomerangs.
How much space is needed to set up the booth?
The video booth typically requires a designated space 12’ deep x 12’ wide x 12’ high within 15 feet of an electrical outlet. However, we try to utilize any space that is at least 10-ft.
Do you require a deposit?
To secure your date, a deposit and signed contract is required at the time of booking. This deposit goes towards the total rental cost. Final payment is due at least 1 week before the event date.
What standard features do you offer?
Our standard features for the 360 video booth include 360 booth setup and take=down, unlimited video sessions, background music of choice, custom overlay design, instant video sharing, props, money gun, complementary video highlight and an onsite attendant.
While our standard features for the open-air photo booth includes complete setup and take-down, on-site attendant, a variety of props, customized design of event template, unlimited photo sessions, instant digital picture sharing and online album.
Can the booth be rented for outdoor events?
Yes, but please note that video quality may vary during outdoor events and access to electricity is still requested.
If the Video Booth is to be placed outdoors on a rainy day, Client would need to provide complete overhead coverage for the video booth for the entire duration of the event.
What happens if I have to cancel my booking?
When you pay your deposit, we reserve your date and time and do not take any other reservations for that time. For this reason, all deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, even in the event of date change, location change, or event cancellation.
Can you print?
No, for 360 videos. You can get an instant copy of your video via airdrop, barcode scan, email, text.
Yes, for photo booth pictures. We provide a glossy/matte 2 x 6″ & 4 x 6″ print strips. You can also instantly get a copy of your pictures via airdrop, barcode scan, email, text.
How many people can fit the booth?
Our 360 booth can comfortably fit 3-4 people per video session.
And the open-air booth can take pictures of up-to 12 people per session.
Are you able to set up the booth earlier?
We arrive at least one hour before your event to set up and to ensure everything runs as planned. Idle fees may apply if an earlier setup is requested.
What areas do you service?
We primarily service the Wisconsin and Illinios area.
We will travel to other neighboring states as well. * Mileage fees may apply.
Are you insured?
Yes, we are fully insured.
How long does it take to receive the 360 video and Photos?
If we are able to successfully connect to our internet hotspot or event location has onsite wifi, videos and pictures will be available for sharing within 30-60 seconds.
If no internet coverage becomes available at the event location (rare occasion), we will send all digital copies to the Client and guests within 24-48 hours of event conclusion.
