Service

Tadas360 will arrive approximately 60 minutes prior to your requested start time on the date of your rental.

If Client would like Tadas360 to arrive earlier, the Client will be charged at our current hourly “non-operational” rate of $50 per hour.

Tadas360 agrees to have a photo booth operational for a minimum of 90% during this period; occasionally, operations may need to be interrupted for maintenance of the Booth (adjusting camera, lighting etc., when applicable) to achieve good quality photo output.

Access, Space and Power for the Photo Booth

Client will arrange for access to the event space and will supply any necessary items needed for location site entry. Client will arrange for an appropriate space for the Photo Booth at the event’s venue. The photo booth requires a designated space 8’ deep x 8’ wide x 8’ high (for Photobooth) and 12’ deep x 12’ wide x 12’ high (for Video booth) within 15 feet of an electrical outlet. If any of our booths are to be placed outdoors, client agrees to provide complete booth overhead coverage for the entire duration of the event.

Payment/Cancellation

To secure your date, an hour deposit (equivalent to the selected booth price) is required at the time of booking. Final payment is due 1 week before the event.

When you pay your deposit, we reserve your date and time and do not take any other reservations for that date and/or time. For this reason, all deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, even in the event of date change, location change, or event cancellation.

Payment Terms

No items/services shall be agreed to outside of the Client Invoice whether written, oral, or applied. Tadas360 will be under no duty to perform its obligations under this Agreement until such time as Client has paid the service fee in full. Making payment upon this contract and invoice solidifies this agreement.

Damage to Equipment

Client acknowledges that it shall be responsible for any damage or loss to the Tadas360’s Equipment caused by any misuse of the Tadas360’s Equipment by Client or its guests. Tadas360 has the right to stop all services for safety purposes.

Liability

Client shall indemnify Tadas360 against all liability arising from Client’s negligence or willful misconduct related to Client’s Event. Tadas360 shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Client, its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents and guests from any loss, damages, claims, liability, costs arising from or related to Providers, including, but not limited its staff’s negligence or willful misconduct related to the services provided under this contract.

Model Release Equipment

Client hereby agrees to and understands that all guests using the photo booth or other equipment hereby give Tadas360 the right and permission to copyright and use, photographic portraits or pictures of any photo booth user who may be included intact or in part, made through any and all media now or hereafter known for illustration, art, promotion, advertising, trade, or any other purpose, including social media—Facebook, IG, YouTube etc. In addition, I, hereby release, discharge, and agree to hold harmless Tadas360, from any liability, that may occur or be produced in the taking of said picture or in any subsequent processing thereof, as well as any publication thereof, including without limitation any claims for libel or invasion of privacy.

Internet Access

If we can successfully connect to our internet hotspot or event location has onsite Wi-Fi, photos will be available for viewing on the sharing station within 30-60 seconds.  If no internet coverage becomes available at the event location (rare occasion), we will send all digital copies to the Client and guests within 24-48 hours of event conclusion.

Making this payment signifies your understanding and consent to the terms of this Agreement.
